Finding Ground in Times of Intensity and Uncertainty

The past three years of war have affected us in ways that are not always easy to put into words. The division and blame at home, and the misunderstanding and isolation we may encounter abroad, can leave us feeling ungrounded and alone.

This group offers a space to pause, share what we are experiencing, and find some ground together. Each evening will focus on a theme, opening a space for reflection and honest conversation. To deepen the dialogue with others and within ourselves, we will draw on different forms of sharing, exercises, and elements of Family Constellations.

The group is a process of personal growth and development. Through our encounters with others, we have opportunities to recognize familiar patterns, discover aspects of ourselves that may have remained hidden, and explore new ways of relating and participating in life.
